    Nritya Prerana – International School of Bharatnatyam will conduct the ‘Nritya for Body and Soul’ dance programme on December 3. This free demonstration will be held at 88, Mitra Mandal Colony, Parvati. Suchitra Date has developed nritya exercises for various illnesses like equinos deformity (walking on toes), polio, learning difficulties, Parkinsons, stressed and depressed groups. “We realised that these dances help keep the body healthy,” said Date.
