Rally by NrityaPrerana
25th April 2023 week, was celebrated by Nrityaprerana collecting over 5000 signatures in a rally taken around entire Pune City. This was to propose & demand that “study of classical dances “be made a subject in regular curriculum in our education system. Handing over the signatures and requests with complete syllabus, portions to cover and methodology of exams and options that could be given from std 1st to std 10th in Bharatnatyam was handed over to the then collector and for ministry of education. Proud moment for each of my students and their dear parents and city of Pune for their support then. Surprisingly board took cognizance of this and wrote back promising to do the needful at the earliest . They did it. We thank Government for honouring their promise so diligently.
